1. A PRELIMINARY DESIGN BASED ON THE GROUNDPLAN PLAN 2-3 solutions (layout)
2. A DETAILED PROJECT
A detailed project includes:
- A scale drawing
- 2-3 interior design solutions - interior 3d visualization
- A proposal for the floors and walls in line with the furniture
- A detailed breakdown of the selected conceptual design including lighting and acoustics.
- A draft bill of the necessary papers and equipment for the selected concept design
Deadline for the beginning of the project: upon the advance payment of 50% of the total sum. The rest before the delivery of the project. For design of homes and larger projects price can be negotiable.
Note: we can also provide you with the furniture, lighting and everything else required for the design according to the project.
